Sometimes, there only one bartender and other times, there's two or three. Bar Service Regardless of the bar, whether it's Empire Lounge or the 360 Bar, service is very sluggish. Perhaps, it's going through growing pains. My overall opinion for this resort is that it needs improvement. We booked a one-night stay in the Resort World Catskills casino.
